Dr. Danielle Schwartz works collaboratively with clients to create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental environment that promotes personal growth and helps individuals meet their specific goals for treatment. Her clinical practice is guided by a cognitive-behavioural theoretical orientation, while drawing from other approaches such as mindfulness-based practice.

Dr. Schwartz believes that the goal of treatment is to help clients accept and manage difficult emotions, reduce self-judgment of their experiences, and learn to give themselves the compassion they deserve. She provides goal-oriented, practical strategies to help clients learn to better manage their distress and feel more empowered in their lives. In working with Dr. Schwartz, clients will not only learn to feel “better” but to feel “everything”.
